GO Beyond the G.A.M.E. "Educate to Elevate"
Although it is true that many inner city minority athletes have risen above poverty and adversity to become vital contributors to society, it is equally true that it takes determination, talent and a lot of luck to become a member of this select group. Without the proper education and support, minority athletes from urban communities will continue to be exploited and miss out on solid opportunities for academic success.
GBG continues to address these issues, and more, through academic achievement, career planning, entrepreneurial training, community organizing, parent advocacy and athletic enrichment training.
